The tutor organises and coordinates the theoretical and practical training activities:
Explains the preventive role of maintenance;
Identifies the steps in troubleshooting: explaining the role of data protection; the importance of collecting client information; checking the specified problems; testing a quick solution for the existing problem; collecting computer data; evaluating the problem and implementing the solution; closing the troubleshooting.
